Role: AM / DM / Manager - Corporate Finance
Experience: 3 - 6 years
Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: GM - Finance
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project and Working Capital Financing:
- Manage funds and non-fund-based financing for solar cells and module manufacturing projects, including sourcing and optimizing funding.
- Lead efforts in fundraising, building effective capital structures, and securing working capital for ongoing projects.
2. Financial Modeling and Analysis:
- Develop detailed financial models from scratch to evaluate fundraising and investment opportunities for lenders.
- Conduct cash flow analysis, ratio assessments, projections, and sensitivity analyses to support business decisions.
3. Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions, banks, NBFCs, and credit rating agencies.
- Submit proposals to potential lenders and oversee end-to-end project appraisal and due diligence.
4. Documentation and Compliance:
- Review and understand term sheets, debt proposals, and loan and security documentation.
- Manage compliance requirements pre- and post-funding, including periodic financial covenants and project risk assessments.
5. Cash Flow Management and MIS Reporting:
- Prepare and monitor daily cash and fund flows, maintaining robust MIS reports for accurate financial tracking.
- Create presentations for management, lenders, and investors, providing insights into financial strategy and project progress.
6. Research and Industry Analysis:
- Conduct sectoral and industry research to support project finance initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports on market trends, competitor analysis, and relevant financial insights.
7. IPO and Investor Relations Support:
- Assist with IPO processes and onboarding of investors, providing data and insights to facilitate smooth transitions.

- Proficiency in managing relationships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with management and external stakeholder
