Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion & Sales Management:
- Develop and execute effective lead conversion strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to position our solutions effectively.
- Close deals and secure new client contracts, exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain positive professional relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term partnerships.
- Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Business Growth & Strategy:
- Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive business development strategy focused on lead generation and revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e. , Marketing, Sales Operations) to ensure a seamless sales process.
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Familiarity with Upwork and freelance platforms a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
