- Lead post-interview debrief/feedback sessions with interview teams and candidates.
- Research oriented, data-driven and needless to say a Team Player.
- Minimum 4 years of technical recruitment experience in a corporate talent acquisition environment or contingent staffing industry, focused on the North American market.
- Complete understanding of US Visas, wages and geography.
- Understanding of various emerging technologies and industry trends in technology and/or healthcare.
- Employer branding & Social media experience.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking system.
