1. Sound understanding of agile & Development project models (Preferably on .NET/Java environment)

2. Thorough understanding of project processes

3. Ability to understand technical challenges

4. Ability to understand the client's expectations and drive the team to achieve the same

5. Ability to evaluate resourcing needs in the project

6. Customer handling abilities

7. Good Communication skills - Spoken & Written
