Own solutioning for diverse opportunity pursuits in the healthcare IT application services ecosystem starting from opportunity qualification to contracting.
Responsibilities
- End to end solutioning ownership for all proactive and reactive opportunities (Process, solution strategy, technical solutioning, estimation, engagement model, commercial model & pricing and contracting)
- Interact with client's team, sales teams, and client partners to understand requirements, identify the current pain points, transformation areas, and design solutions to address the same.
- Develop SOW and drive the SOW discussions with customer along with sales & delivery teams
- Coordinate with delivery teams for proactive opportunity creation and solutioning in existing accounts
- Prepare, present and defend the solution with client and lead Due-diligence workshops
- Contribute in building and executing BU strategy
- Reusable artifacts creation based on the experience from pursuit solutioning to standardize and accelerate future solutioning.
- Work on Market research, competition analysis, buyer research, industry segment analysis.
- Creation of marketing content such as White papers/Blogs/Campaign Messages/Webinars etc.
- Collaborate with marketing for BU specific marketing initiatives
Must have Experience & skill requirement
1. Minimum 7 years of presales and solutioning experience in application services space.
2. Solutioning for diverse & complex application services deals (including functional & technical solutioning) - Development and engineering services, Cloud services, QA, interoperability, BI & data management
Desired Skills
1. Application services solutioning experience in healthcare domain and understanding of healthcare applications across clinical care, care management, population health, EHR, EMR and PHRs/portals, mhealth, remote health, RCM etc
2. Experience in digital solutioning
Education qualification - Bachelor of engineering \ Masters in Computer Science and / or MBA from premium management institute.
