Analytics Manager
The Analytics & Insight Manager will be responsible for tracking, analyzing and reporting KPI's for EMERITUS websites & mobile, digital marketing channels (SEM, PPC, Display, Social, Affiliate Marketing, Remarketing, Programmatic, Email etc).The analytics manager will generate dashboards, insights, trends and actionable insights for the EMERITUS business.
The analytics manager will be able to identify and access relevant data, make appropriate assumptions, perform insightful analysis and make recommendations relevant to the business problem.
The analytics manager will develop reports/dashboards on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to report on metrics and generate actionable insights/trends for different stakeholders within EMERITUS
The analytics manager will develop and implement Analytical and Predictive models that support and help in achieving marketing/customer acquisition/revenue and other business objectives
Desired Skills/Requirements
- Experience in using different tools/platforms to look at web analytics, mobile analytics, conversion rates, social analytics and content analytics. For example - Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst( Omniture, Clicy, Click Tale, Coremetrics, Google Adwords, Tableau, Facebook Insights, Google Webmaster Tools, Webtrends,Foresee, Radian6 etc
- Experience in using data analytics for customer profiling, segmenting and targeting
- Experience in applying statistical methods and techniques
- Experience in looking at data to draw conclusions and present actionable insights and recommendations to change website design/creative elements, landing page design, marketing campaigns, user journey
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in modelling, projecting, forecasting models, algorithms, APIs
- Experience in creating and distributing different types of web, digital, social dashboards on daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Develop prediction models for marketing activity for different channels
- Experience in various analytical & statistical techniques
- Experience in web analytics implementation including creation and implementation of different tags/performance reporting codes
- Experience in running SQL scripts to extract data from different databases
- Experience in analysing customer journey and behaviour on the EMERITUS websites and using date to recommend changes on the website/user journey
- Experience in A/B and Multivariate testing
- Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization
- Experience with data visualization
- Awareness of Digital Marketing channels like SEO, SEM, PPC, Display, Programmatic, Social, Affiliates, Email etc
- Experience in predictive analytics/modelling
- Proficiency with data transformation tools (Hadoop, Python, SQL, etc.)
- Knowledge of ( HTML, CSS, JavaScript,XML, )
- Strong analytical, logical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Education & Experience
- 5/6 years of hands on experience in the field of business/data analytics in a digital/ecommerce/digital environment
- BE/B.Tech or Qualifications in Mathematics/Statistics
- Relevant experience of analytics in a digital/ecommerce environment
- Certifications on different analytic tools/platforms
- Proficient with Advanced MS- Excel/VBA/SQL queries, running queries and creating reports
