Roles & Responsibilities
Research/understand targeted personas and work with digital and content teams to develop cross-function nurture channel and campaign tracks that incorporate email, web, and social media elements.
Interpret various customer and prospect data to identify key segments from within new and existing databases to ensure nurture campaigns are appropriately targeted at the right times and with the most compelling messages.
Meet funnel marketing objectives by successfully managing the nurture channel, including influencing and contributing to messaging, creative development, deployment, and reporting, with a heavy emphasis on email marketing, webinars, and sales scripts.
Work closely with marketing operations to determine and implement metrics for nurture campaign measurement, and report on campaign success. Leverage outcomes to continuously improve nurture campaigns and inform marketing team members.
Key skills required
- Adapt at crafting nurturing programs for "trigger based' and drip communications that advance prospects through the buying cycle
- Hands on experience in Salesforce /Pardot/Marketo/ExactMarketing cloud processes, templates, best practices etc.
- 4+ years experience in developing and implementing customer retention / sales prospecting strategies for an online business.
Applicants must be detail oriented and have a passion for deep data analysis and A/B testing.
The position will be directly responsible for fulfilling email, lead nurturing, and retention marketing programs.
MBA preferred. Look for folks who have worked on the tools mentioned above + have experience in managing loyalty programs/working in e-commerce, travel etc
Candidates would be in the 10-16 L bracket.
