1. Lead the monthly book closure activities. 2. Ensure that all processes (specifically on controls) are followed. 3. Scrutinize the ledgers on a frequent basis and resolve any pending actions. 4. Follow statutory compliances - GST, TDS, VAT, Income Tax and other payroll related statutories 5. Ensure statutory audits, due diligences, internal audits are completed in time with no significant adverse observations. 6. Ensure all corrective actions recommended as a result of observations made in audits are taken in time-bound manner and implemented. 7. Support preparation of all monthly reports as per specified formats for various purposes (to banks/lenders, investors, internal stakeholders, others) including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Payables &amp; Receivables and variance analysis. 8. Support monthly and annual closure of books of accounts of other entities present outside of India. 9. Responsible for all statutory aspects related to IT assessments, audits by departments, any pending issues. 10. Responsible for all secretarial matters. 11. Responsible for training needs of subordinates and mentoring them for development in next role. 12. Keep the team motivated at all times and ensure efficient operations of Finance &amp; accounts function. 13. Support the documentation requirements of all lenders (including banks) and investors at India level. 14. Responsible for completion of due diligences, as and when required. Role Requirements : 1. A qualified Chartered Accountant / CA Intern 2. 6-7 years post qualification, in a corporate environment, preferably in companies with global presence 3. Experience in start-ups which have achieved scale, working in technology enabled space is a plus. Salary Offered :&nbsp;10 - 14 LPA
