Role : Business Development Manager

At Emeritus, we work in collaboration with top ranked Business schools: MIT Sloan, Columbia Business School & Tuck at Dartmouth to make IVY League business education accessible to the working professionals across the globe.

You Will :

- Identify and acquire new business plus retain and grow the existing business through key account management. To be achieved through in-person meetings and calls on a daily basis. Market interactions and quality client engagement will be a key parameter.

- Build and grow relationships with key companies in the region by being the trusted advisor for their learning and development needs.

- Represent and articulate the value proposition of certificate and diploma programs under Emeritus as well as Open enrollment programs with multiple partner schools while meeting with the customers

- Create compelling and quality proposals in sync with the client needs to bring the sale to closure.

- Oversee all aspects of on-the-ground delivery in India in keeping with the highest standards of partners and in collaboration with their respective executive education delivery teams.

- Follow through the billing and payment collection with the clients on programs sold.

You are :

- 3-8 +years of Business Development experience preferably from IT Consulting, BPO/KPO team leader/managerial experience and/or Learning & Development industry.

- Track record of successful selling and business development in the region at CXO level.

- Meaningful access to Heads of HR and Learning & Development heads at various corporate in the region is good to have.

- Strong business acumen to assess a potential revenue opportunity

- MBA or Masters Degree from a premiere business school

- Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to represent Emeritus at key public events

- Self-starter with entrepreneurial qualities and ability to work effectively with the Emeritus team, Partners and Clients at multiple location(s) with minimal supervision
