- Candidate should be an energetic and self-motivated individual who is willing to get his hands dirty - to work on designs himself and also train the team

- Creative thinker with 7+ years of experience working with Creative agencies or Consumer Brands.

- Cost optimizer comes unsaid when working for a start-up, the candidate should be able to match his ideas with achievable goals

- Strong strategist with a view of future to ensure consistency of brand imagery over sustained periods and also across various consumer communication touch points
