Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10 high- performing and energetic Advisers. The team size would increase further in due course.
- Train and mentor the team to greater success, in terms of enrollments, productivity and efficiency.
- Work on constant improvements in the process of Program Advisory and create robust reporting and data analytic frameworks so as to effectively measure, quantify and analyse every step of the process as well as performance/ productivity of each member of the team.
- Through tele-calls and emails, effectively communicate and provide tailored information on executive education programs from globally renowned B- Schools such as Harvard, Wharton, Columbia, INSEAD, MITSloan, Kellogg and EMERITUS to senior and top management executives.
- Pro-actively informing the Director- Outreach & Program Advisory on market intelligence and generating specific reports
Required Work Experience
- 8-15 years of overall work experience.
- Service industry background is most preferred.
- Should have an experience of 7- 10 years in consultative selling. Should presently be involved in a team management role and should have managed a team of at least 10 members for 5 years or more
Educational Qualification
Minimum Graduation. Post graduate qualification such as Masters in Business Administration/Management Studies is preferred.
