Responsibilities :
- Deliver revenue by driving million dollar plus accounts.
- Develop the insight-driven prioritization of accounts to approach and our nurture in order to grow revenue.
- Initiates the strategic plan for each targeted account which includes mission driving, revenue generation as well as key interactions with specific goals across the organization.
- Leads high level negotiations for multi-million dollar accounts.
- Winning over the most strategic partners - profiling, developing and fostering meaningful relationships with key personnel at partner companies. It's critical that this role can - walk the halls- and be accepted as a trusted party.
- Drive start to finish the completion of a meaningful strategic partnership that leads to new business
Requirements :
- MBA from a Tier-1 Institute with 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Sales handling big ( $million) accounts
- Sales- mentality and the ability to coach others in sales leadership.
- Strong business acumen and analytical.
- High level of organizational and interpersonal influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Skilled negotiator with multi-faceted partnerships.
- Sound business judgment and excellent problem solving and influencing skills.
