Responsibilities:
- Giving feedback to students on mock interviews and train them for interviews.
- Guiding overall programs of Emeritus to the students for career aspects.
- Assessing placement readiness of assigned batches on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
- Debriefing students after interviews
- Coordinating/Conducting all placement preparation activities like mock interviews, career mentoring, CV reviews, presentation evaluation, aptitude training, etc.
- Acting as mentors to learners for career guidance
- Conducting mock interviews and maintaining student progress. Monitor student progress and student satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- At least 10 years of experience in coaching or mentoring corporate people.
- Required working experience in career advancement or executive search
- Strong network of HR professionals and Talent Recruitment heads across sectors
- Demonstrated persistence in solving difficult problems, the ability to learn from them, and translate that learning into improved learner experience.
- Experience working with a wide variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Should have maturity to manage students, a person could coach students on career aspects.
- Should have excellent Soft Skills
- Trainers who have experience in Coaching corporate people will be good.
