Role: Investment & Operations Associate

Location: Delhi (Candidates outside NCR will not be considered)

We are a Category 3 AIF focused on listed Indian equities, pre-IPO, and private equity investments. Our LPs include some of the largest Delhi-based family offices (SRF, Havells, DLF, Jubilant, Dalmias), private equity professionals, and senior management at large organizations.

We seek a passionate individual with a strong analytical mindset, deep interest in public markets, and the ability to handle both investment research and operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth research on industries and companies using available and proprietary sources.

- Build and maintain financial models.

- Monitor and analyze market developments, corporate actions, and financial news.

- Handle day-to-day operations, including coordination, documentation, and communication with key stakeholders.

- Provide ad-hoc support to the investment team.

Candidate Profile:

- Strong connections in public markets (preferred).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- At least 1 year of relevant experience in consulting, FDD, transaction advisory, or related roles (including KPOs and knowledge centers).

- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and presentation skills.

- Ability to leverage multiple data sources to extract and analyze fundamental insights concisely.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's / CA / CFA / Engineer
