Strategic EA/Chief of Staff to President
Key Responsibilities :
1.Strategic Support: Planning, prioritizing and tracking the meetings of the President basis the agenda along the business priorities & providing strategic guidance and advice to the President on key business decisions.
2. Operational Oversight: Monitor and report on business performance, identifying areas for improvement.
3. Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the President's office and various departments.
4. Project Management & Analytical Skills: Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by the President & working on the Data and Presentation based on the requirements.
5. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with the key stakeholders, (includes internal and external stakeholders).
6. Leadership Team Collaboration: Work closely with the senior leaders to align goals and objectives.
7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and threats to the business.
8. Representation: Represent the President in internal and external forums as required.
