Emcure - Head - Plant HR

About:

- We are looking for a Plant - HR Lead for one of our Manufacturing Unit based out of Kurkumbh.

- This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing all human resources activities at the plant level (2 sites Kurkumbh & Pimpri), ensuring alignment with corporate HR strategies and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- This role will support the plants operations by fostering a positive work environment, managing employee relations, and implementing effective HR programs.

Key responsibilities will include:

Employee Relations:

- Act as the primary point of contact for employee-related concerns and grievances.

- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, addressing conflicts and resolving issues promptly.

- Conduct investigations and handle disciplinary actions as necessary.

Recruitment:

- Collaborate with plan leadership to identify staffing needs and coordinate with Central team

Performance Management:

- Implement performance management systems and processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues and employee development.

Learning & Development:

- Identify training needs and coordinate with Central team to develop in-house training programs

- Support career development initiatives and succession planning within the plant.

Employee Engagement:

- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

- Organize and lead employee events and activities to promote team building and morale.

- Candidates having prior experience of Plant will be preferred.
