Our commitment to corporate sustainability is founded on the three main themes of - people-, - planet-, and - prosperity- .  PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Manage rhythm of business for the HR function & being the conscious keeper  - Drive COE-wide strategic talent and engagement programs   - Institute processes and practices to enable the BPTW journey   - Handle large scale events i.e. managing the complete event life cycle with limited supervision   - Aligning of talent strategy with the business strategy to achieve the laid out organizational goals and priorities.   - Typically takes the lead in developing complex company policies/ processes which not only affect immediate operations, but other functional areas, and potentially affect company-wide operations   - Develops resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity. Uses judgment within broadly defined policies and practices.  - Frequently contributes to the development of new theories and methods. Employs expertise as a generalist or specialist.   - Lead cross function projects within and outside of HR.  SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:  - Preferably an MBA, specializing in Human Resources from a well-known institute  - Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.   - The ideal candidate demonstrates critical thinking, judgment, coaching and influencing skills that converge to create executive presence.  - You communicate effectively in all mediums, especially in stressful situations, and demonstrate a desire to play a critical and integral role in the client organization.  - Able to negotiate, influence and resolve controversial, high-impact human resources issues; may lead human resources strategy discussions and generate plans for implementation in accordance with EMC's objectives; pursue and implement new business opportunities.  - Ability to work in a matrix environment
