Job Description :

Job Brief :

We are currently looking for Head-BU with 14+ Years of experience who will be responsible for managing a team size of 100+ & also end-to-end technical delivery of projects/people growth/process requirements for the Business unit specific to the Automotive domain.

Position : AVP - Automotive

Must have technical / professional qualifications :

- Bachelor's Engineering degree or equivalent experience

- Functional knowledge and rich experience in the Automotive domain

- Technical expertise in handling projects under automotive safety standards-ISO26262

- Working Experience in automotive projects specific to skills like automotive embedded RTOS, device driver, Autosar, IVI ,ADAS, etc.

- Proficiency on all standards & processes involved to execute the project

- Working knowledge on SDLCs of Automotive systems (design, development, validation & production), CMMi, ASpice processes

- Experience managing complex Software (Automotive) projects

- Proven project and financial management skills

- Excellent skills in resource planning, organization, delegation, negotiation, and people management

- Excellent Project Management skills & Client communication

- Experienced in Project Estimation and proposal preparation

- Experience in setting/scaling up and managing teams across different locations

- Should have good communication skills to communicate at all levels within the organization

What Role & Responsibility to Expect :

- P&L Responsibility for the BU

- Responsible for the successful delivery of all the projects of the Automotive Unit

- Responsible for revenue generation for the BU

- Responsible for retaining clients & repeated/new business from the existing/new clients

- Responsible for providing technical expertise as & when required

- Responsible for recruitment and management of Project Leaders / Middle managers.

- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

- Reports to the President of the group
