Embibe - Senior Manager - Onboarding

JOB PROFILE

We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Manager to join our YouTube operations team. This position is a blend of HR and Business Development.

This is an exciting opportunity wherein you will be supporting the business by helping us onboard Educators for Embibe. You will be responsible for reaching out to Educators,

Evaluating their online presence, recommending the ideal fit for Embibe properties, and finally onboarding the right talent.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Manage our YouTube Onboarding Strategy

- Define and meet performance KPIs

- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams.

- Scouting & onboarding of top educator leads across assigned categories

- Extensive research of top YouTube channels as a part of their acquisition strategy

- Partnering with YT channels & influencers for brand promotion(s)

- Timely feedback & evaluation of the onboarded educators

- Coordinating with cross-functional teams like legal, admin, audit etc. for smooth onboarding experience of educators or partner channels

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE :

- Get an up-for-everything attitude!

- Be eager & able to grow

- Team player or Lone Wolf (We're okay with either, but you've got to be a team player)

- Be an Excellent Task Master (The kind that prefers a carrot and, if necessary, a stick)

- Good time-management skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Critical-thinker and problem-solver

- Capture the essence of the brand in everything you do

- And of course the always, always expected - Think out of the box!

- Must be a hustler, receptive to feedback, and open to working in a dynamic environment

WHAT YOU'VE GOTTA HAVE :

- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- A solid understanding of business and online sales

- If you've kicked it with an EdTech, then that's even better
