WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH As an FP&A Manager in the Finance Team of Embibe:

- You will work closely with a dynamic blend of people united by their shared passion for telling stories.

- You will work with the Finance, Accounts, Audit, and other Finance Teams.\

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE ?

We will love you if you are/have skills of:

- A CA / MBA from the top 20 universities in India

- comfortable on working with large databases and multiple software

- Working knowledge of visualization tools for KPI output like Tableau would be a plus.

- Should have experience in coordinating business teams to monitor daily KPIs, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

- Liaising with senior management, heads of departments and other key leadership figures.

- Preparing financial and strategic plans for individual departments and the wider organization.

- Building annual budgets and forecasts for different business units and consolidating into one master budget.

- Designing and implementing an effective cost-center reporting system for tracking performance on a periodic basis by effectively coordinating and communicating with the financial reporting/accounting department.

- Analyzing past financial performance along with variance analysis, preparing competitor analysis, and examining market trends along with commentary for management.

- Creating financial models to predict growth and forecast performance
