Job description
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring our Performance Marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and Trials and eventually increase sales.
You will have the following key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage our Performance Marketing Campaigns
- Define and meet performance KPIs
- Manage the process to take campaigns to live (landing pages, Text, and Display copy, etc.)
- Measure the success of every campaign
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure the end-user experience is informative and appealing.
- Design and implement experiments to improve CTR, CVR, CAC, etc.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams.

- Must be a hustler, receptive to feedback, and open to working in a dynamic environment
WHAT YOUVE GOTTA HAVE :
- Has worked with various analytics tools like Branch, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, or any other attribution tools
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic and should have extensive knowledge of paid marketing channels like Search, Display, Mobile, Direct Mail and performance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A solid understanding of business and online sales
- If youve kicked it with a digital agency before, then that's even better
