ABOUT THE JOB :
The HRBP will be responsible for employee engagement, grievance handling, performance management, policy compliance, advising & supporting business leaders on employee management.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH :
- You will work closely with HR Business Partner Lead & Business stakeholders to help manage employees and provide solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
The candidate will have the following key responsibilities :
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Responsible for administering performance management program
- Advise leadership on hiring and terminations
- Administer payroll, employee benefits and FMLA
- Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution
- Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints
- Partner with leadership to develop succession plans
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
-Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Evaluate training programs
- Suggest new HR strategies
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE :
- Previous working experience as an HR Business Partner for 3-5 Years
- MBA/ Post Graduate degree in Human resources or similar relevant field from Tier 1-2 institutes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite or related software.
- Impactful presentation style
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to maintain professionalism when dealing with confidential subjects and/or information
- Stellar interpersonal skills with a passion to deliver a quality team member experience
