ABOUT THE JOB :

The chief role of the Head - FP&A will be to oversee the complete FP&A on a scale of 2,000+ people, while reporting to the CFO

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH :

You will work closely with CFO & Business stakeholders

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

You will have the following key responsibilities :

- Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures

- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variances

- Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modelling tools

- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports

- Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports

- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, pricing, new projects and acquisitions

- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

- Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes

- Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis

- Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE :

- MBA in Finance and CFA, in addition to CA or B Tech

- Excellent analytical and excel skills

- 5+ years' experience in startups

- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.

- Excellent people management skills - ability to manage multiple stakeholders

- Excellent written, conversational and communication skills

- Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams

- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity

- Willingness to learn, self-motivated and capable of handling fast-paced, high growth and dynamic start-up environment
