- An MBA from a premier (IIM and IIT)/tier-2 institute with 2-5 experience in B2B sales and B2B2C sales with enterprise sales experience would be preferred.

ABOUT THE JOB :

- As a GEO Head, you will be accountable for the target set for a particular geographical location.

- You will be responsible for ensuring high productivity at all times through regular training interventions, motivation actions and proactive hiring as and when required.

- You will have to monitor sales team performance regularly, join them for any small and large opportunity business and motivate members to continuously strive and exceed sales targets.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH : You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and regularly interact with the Senior Leadership team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

You will have the following key responsibilities :

- Be accountable for the target set for your particular geographical location

- Manage a team of 5-8 high energy individuals and set expectations with respect to sales targets to be achieved by the team

- Ensure high productivity at all times through regular training interventions, motivation actions, and proactive hiring as and when required

- Regularly monitor sales team performance and motivate members to continuously strive and exceed sales targets

- Travel within assigned geography, present company offerings, build brand awareness and achieve sales closures

- Ensure the Embibe value proposition is aptly communicated to the prospects and build credibility

- Identify key stakeholders in the decision-making process within the school/institution

- Develop and maintain value-based trusted relationships with school and institution management

- Own responsibility for payment collection and successful delivery of Embibe product in coordination with the Delivery team and ensure client delight

- Gather necessary market intel and surface the same to reporting managers

- Understand and ensure that the company tools and protocols are followed by all team members

- Identify learning and training needs within the team and get them addressed with Head Office

- Maintain a responsible and ethical approach while actively pursuing business outcomes

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE :

Skills & Experience :

- Proven track record of consistently delivering successful sales stints

- Self-driven leader, skilled in driving complex business deals and strategic partnership

- India centric experience in B2B is a must

- Time-management skills

- Ability to multitask

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leads

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Critical thinking to solve problems
