About the role: 

Objective : 

- To take ownership of the content development work for the subject and

- To assist in building a web of interlinked concepts covering the entire curriculum of UPSC civil services, to be used to assess and guide a learner

- To assist in building world-class content for UPSC Preliminary examinations

- To support consistent support to client-facing and research departments as and when required

Duties and responsibilities:
 
Your responsibilities will include, but will not be restricted to, the following list of tasks:

- Exam Analysis: Formation and review of Topic and Concept Lists for various exams

- Creation and review of metadata of concepts

- Creation and review of relationships among concepts

- Selection and curation of videos related to concepts

- Creation and review of mapping between topics and concepts

- Creation and review of concept descriptions along with adequate illustrations

- Creation and review of topic/chapter descriptions to effectively summarize their content

- Creation of chapter, important topics and concepts with marking matrix for the subject

- Exam Analysis: PYP analysis and Exam Pattern creation - Number of questions, question types and marking scheme

- Creation and review of questions with detailed solutions and hints.

What we are looking for : 

A candidate must have:

- Academic qualification - Graduate/Post Graduate from a Reputed College/University

- Cleared UPSC Mains exam / Appeared in interview

- 3+ years teaching experience in the Coaching Industry for the relevant exam

- Good analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; Must be proficient in English

- In-depth knowledge and command over the subject

We prefer candidates also with:

- Command over ICT literacy

- Prior experience in the Edtech industry

- Acquaintance with the NCF/ Curriculum development process.

- Well versed in reading & writing multiple languages

- An acquaintance in content division and progression across K12 class segments.
