About the role : 

Objective : 

- To take ownership of the content development work for the subject and

- To assist in building a web of interlinked concepts covering entire curriculum of K12 and competitive examinations, to be used to assess and guide a learner

 -To assist in building world class content for K12, IIT JEE and NEET examinations

 - To support consistent support to client facing and research departments as and when required

Duties and responsibilities : 

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be restricted to, the following list of tasks:

- Exam Analysis: Formation and review of Topic and Concept Lists for various exams

- Creation and review of metadata of concepts

- Creation and review of relationships among concepts/topics

- Selection and curation of videos related to concepts

- Creation and review of concept/topic/chapter descriptions to effectively summarize their content

- Creation of chapter, important topics and concepts with marking matrix for the subject

- Exam Analysis: PYP analysis and Exam Pattern creation - Number of questions, question types and marking scheme

- Creation and review of questions with detailed solutions and hints

What we are looking for :"

A candidate must have:

- Academic qualification such as B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MBBS/ M.Sc (preferably from premier institutes/universities like IITs, NITs, IISc)

- 3 - 6 years teaching experience in the School/Coaching Industry for the relevant exam

- Good analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; Must be proficient in English

- In-depth knowledge and command over the subject

We prefer candidates also with:

Prior experience in the Edtech industry

Acquaintance with the NCF/ Curriculum development process

Well versed in reading & writing multiple languages

An acquaintance in content division and progression across K12 class segments.

A general conception of the pedagogical approach.
