Campaign Manager - Marketing Operations
OBJECTIVES :
You will be expected to work with a high calibre cross-functional product, analytics & communications team to create the most engaging & sticky experience for users across the board on Embibe's platform :
- Manage & Execute 360 degree communication to users to drive product usage and maximise retention and engagement
- Design and optimise campaigns across user lifecycle via Push, WhatsApp, Email, SMS etc while ensuring quality deliverability metrics
- Ensure TAT adherence of campaign management right from design till execution followed by reporting
- Working cross functionally to align teams, set goals, execute initiatives and improve processes
- Support various teams to drive visibility & improve productivity
- Own the continuous process improvement cycle
- Continuously monitor and measure campaign success metrics
METRICS YOU WILL OWN AND LIVE BY :
- 1,7,14 and 28 day user retention
- Monthly retention %
- DAU to MAU ratio
- Average session duration
- Pages per session
- Sessions per user
- Bounce rate
- Drop off rate
- User maturity from disengaged to academically engaged users with lead scoring logic
- Trial registrations overall and conversion %
- Paid users & Revenue overall and Trial to paid conversion %
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Understanding of marketing automation tools like Clevertap, Moengage, Webengage
- Ability to drive data driven insights and decision making to create short and long term metrics impact
- Detailed planning - Project management - Ability to think analytically and strategically
- Ability to solve problems
- Project tracking & analytics
- Stakeholder alignment
- Deep understanding of digital campaign & product lifecycle mechanics
QUALIFICATIONS :
- MBA from a top tier Institute
- 3-8 years of experience in product marketing, Mar/tech or growth hack operations
