Embibe - Audit & Support Manager

We are looking for an experienced Audit & Training expert to join our YouTube operations team. As an auditor/trainer, you will be responsible for auditing YouTube rituals along with conducting training sessions for the newly onboarded educators.

Reporting to: Onboarding Manager/Sr. Manager, YouTube

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Auditing the outsourced and extended team

- Recording extensive feedbacks and observations

- Maintaining data for audits

- Smooth execution of the set process, be able to provide refined inputs from ground up

- Suggesting changes in the auditing process as and when required

- Designing and implementing feedback for external Subject Matter Experts

- Conduct training for new and current educators as & when needed

- Manage orientations and related training events for new educators

- Help the educators to build exceptional learner relationships and strengthen net promoter score

- Develop sales performance policies and methods for evaluating performance

- Support management in recruiting of the educators & Youtube partners

- Improve training techniques when needed, to meet the unique demands of certain educators / partners
