ABOUT THE JOB

A high growth environment needs someone who is quick to learn and deliver. This is where you come in. You will be responsible for understanding business needs and delivering the Talent requirements by leveraging different channels. You will also be partnering with different stakeholders, helping build Talent Strategy and delivery by optimizing various resources.Your ability to source high quality candidates and being able to identify good quality candidates through non traditional channels will set you apart.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

- You will work closely with Head Talent Acquisition, TA Leads & Business stakeholders to understand the requirements and help turnaround demand fulfillment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will have the following key responsibilities:

- Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy for your function

- Develop company's policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing

- Conduct recruitment activities in order to fill open positions

- Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs

- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)

- Reviews employment applications and background check reports

- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events

- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment

- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates

- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities

- Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees

- Generate monthly updates for company's leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives

- Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics

- Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goals

- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies

- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

- Research talent acquisition trends in the E- Learning industry

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE

- Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Manager/Lead in a growing start-upwith a total work experience of 12-18 years

- MBA/ Post Graduate degree in Human resources or similar relevant field from a recognised university/ institute

- Proven work experience as a TA Lead for Sales/growth function

- Previous experience in managing a high functioning team in a fast paced environment

- Excellent analytical and people management skills

- Track record in building and scaling large teams and organizations, especially start-ups

- High process orientation with a focus on strengthening data analytics-driven decision-making

- Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams

- Willingness to learn, self-motivated and capable of handling unstructured work scenarios

- In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods

- Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes

- Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills

- Impactful presentation style

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
