The key responsibilities of a creative lead :

1. Concept Development:

- Develop innovative and creative concepts for events, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand identity.

2. Visual Merchandising:

- Create compelling visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of events.

3. Art Direction:

- Lead the artistic direction of events, including set design, decor, lighting, and overall ambiance.

4. Design Oversight:

- Supervise the creation of design elements such as invitations, brochures, signage, and other event materials.

5. Social Media:

- Develop social media strategies for the events team and supervising the social media executive / manager.

6. Client Liaison:

- Work closely with clients to understand their vision, provide creative input, and ensure their needs and expectations are met.

7. Team Leadership:

- Manage and mentor a team of designers, artists, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

8. Vendor Coordination:

- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of creative elements.

9. Project Management:

- Oversee the planning and execution of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet the desired quality standards.

10. Trend Analysis:

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into event designs to keep offerings fresh and innovative.

11. Problem-Solving:

- Address any creative challenges or issues that arise during the planning and execution phases of events.

12. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure all creative work meets the highest standards of quality and is consistent with the company's brand and reputation.

13. Presentation:

- Present creative concepts and designs to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating the vision and value of the proposed ideas.

14. Content Compilation:

- Ensure all content related to the event is compiled, documented, and stored as internal data for future reference.

15. Compliance:

- Ensure all creative work complies with relevant regulations, guidelines, and client requirements
