- Government IT Solutions Champion: You'll be the evangelist for EMB's digital solutions within government agencies. This involves understanding their specific needs and championing how EMB's services can improve efficiency and accessibility for citizens.

- Navigate the Procurement Maze: You'll become a master of guiding government agencies through EMB's solutions and the often complex procurement processes. This ensures processes are followed correctly.

- Expand EMB's Digital Footprint: The ultimate goal is to significantly increase EMB's client base among government sectors (ideally 50-100). This means building strong relationships with government officials and uncovering their IT pain points.

- Fuel the Company's Growth Engine: You'll be a key driver in EMB's rapid growth. This might involve developing strategies to identify new clients and contributing to overall business development initiatives.

- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Understanding the evolving needs and challenges faced by different government agencies will be crucial. This might involve keeping your finger on the pulse of current trends in government IT.

- In short, you'll be a government IT solutions champion, strategically expanding EMB's reach and impact within the government sector.

Who You Are:


Must have experience:

- 15-20 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in a B2G sector.

- A proven track record of success in selling IT solutions to government clients.

- A strong understanding of how governments operate, their procurement processes, and the specific IT challenges they face.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present EMB's solutions and negotiate contracts.

- Strong network of contacts and established relationships within the government sector.

Good to have experience:

- A genuine interest in using technology to improve efficiency and accessibility for citizens.

- A results-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to EMB's explosive growth.

- The ability to identify government IT needs and propose effective solutions.
