Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
- Focus on increasing GMV by identifying high-potential business opportunities and converting them into sales.
Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Utilize diverse channels and industry events to generate high-quality leads.
- Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure alignment with business objectives and revenue goals leading the full sales conversation and negotiation.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up to convert leads.
Market Penetration and GTM Strategy:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our GTM strategy.
- Develop and communicate compelling value propositions to potential clients.
- Identify and target new market segments to expand our customer base and increase market share.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and solutions tailored to client needs.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as revenue, GMV, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4-8 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in a service-based startup environment with background in consultative and solution-based selling experience.
- In-depth knowledge of IT solutions and services relevant to the company's offerings.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Data-driven - can slice and dice data to generate insights and propose solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
