Job Overview:

- We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role is pivotal in managing and analyzing financial data to support our organization's decision-making processes.

- The Finance Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to align financial goals with the company's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis and data management, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Data Management and Reporting:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support decision-making processes.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and dashboards.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for investors and other stakeholders.

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in the MIS.

Investor Relations:

- Respond promptly to data and information requests from investors.

- Provide insights and detailed analysis on financial performance, trends, and projections.

- Support the preparation of investor presentations, quarterly earnings reports, and other communications.

Stakeholder Support:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all financial data inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data and ensure its accuracy.

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.

MIS Management:

- Manage the organization's MIS to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

- Continuously improve MIS processes and systems for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

- Train and support team members in using the MIS.

Financial Analysis and Forecasting:

- Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.

Who Are You:

- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and MIS management.

- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software and databases.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

Preferred Professional Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce. CA/ CMA/ CFA are plus.

- Experience in a start-up is a plus.
