Job Overview:- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager- Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in all aspects of accounting and financial compliance. This role will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.
Responsibilities:- Overview of all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
- Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection entries in Tally Prime.
- Monthly GST and TDS Reconciliation and follow up with the partners.
- Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing.
- Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in tally properly.
- Expert knowledge about Monthly/ Annual Returns of GST, Quarterly Returns of TDS etc
- Handling of Day-to-Day Accounting.
- Payment to vendors, maintenance of vendor invoices.
- Document financial transactions by entering account information.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing MIS reports.
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
- Substantial financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports relating to expenditure incurred under various projects and its analysis with budgeted expenditure. Keep track of all Accounts Payable & Receivables.
Who Are You:- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and taxation.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with databases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Preferred Professional Experience:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce. CA is plus.
- Experience in a start-up is a plus.
