Job Overview:
- We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support our sales team by analyzing client requirements and creating tailored business solutions
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in pre-sales or business analysis. You'll play a key role in driving sales success by delivering insightful recommendations and strategic solutions. Join us to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
Responsibilities:
- Analyze client needs and translate them into innovative and feasible solutions. Develop high-level solution architectures, workflows, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with the team members to create technical proposals, RFP responses, and presentations that articulate the value proposition of our solutions and address client requirements effectively.
- Connect and negotiate with third-party vendors to explain project requirements for the estimations and timelines and manage relations with them.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients.
- Perform risk assessment and identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions and work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate them..
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions and market insights to enhance our offerings and improve our overall presales process.
- Assist the sales team in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging your understanding of client needs and our solution portfolio.
- Hands-on experience with Tools such as Asana, Trello, or any other project management tools
Who Are You?
- Proven experience in a presales or business analyst role within the IT industry. Understanding of IT solutions, including software applications, cloud services, infrastructure, and security. Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
- Hands-on experience with Tools such as Asana, Trello, or any other project management tools.
- Excellent understanding and experience with wireframing tools such as Balsamiq, Azure, Draw.io, and Figma.
- Showcase experience in quickly adapting to changing circumstances, multitasking effectively, and maintaining composure under pressure.
- Candidates should possess a willingness to roll up their sleeves, wear multiple hats, and contribute across various functions to drive the company's success.
- Should have a mindset of taking initiative, and thinking creatively in a fast-paced startup setting
Preferred Professional Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Experience of 3-4 years in engaging with stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives, and IT requirements.
