Senior Media Manager
- Strategic thinking along with capability to drive brand's media need end to end
- Capable to create strategy based on multimedia approach

- Assisting HOD in media strategy formulation, media planning and action plans preparation for campaign launch for assigned Brands to ensure its alignment with the marketing and media objectives
- Capable and knowledgeable to handle Media Buying along with media agency
- Interfacing within advertising agencies or media planning/buying agencies, with the aim of maximizing the impact of advertisement campaigns through a range of media platform
- Maximizing awareness of the company's products using multiple media channels (press, TV, radio, Digital media) to support immediate and long-term business goals in a creative and cost effective manner
- Delivering Ideas and Innovation for additional Brand benefit is important
- Excellent team member handling capabilities to deliver the desired outcome
Media Strategy & Planning:
- Discusses the brand brief received with the brand team to understand the specific requirements for the brand.
- Analyzes different innovative ideas, which could be used for executing the media strategy in consultation with reporting senior/HOD and builds the way forward for the brand based on objectives, insights, trends, budgets, competitive scenario etc.
- Conducts detailed market analysis based on the brand research and sales data to decide on the media mix to be done marketwise based on the media reach and incremental reach.
- Optimizes the plan for television, print medium, radio by selecting the channels/ publications/ stations based on the trends and potential customer reach.
- Interacts regularly with the media associates for innovations and other possible new ideas and recommendations for a brand and tracks latest media trends and happenings to ensure all competitor activities are adequately tracked.
- Arrives at the WOA, campaign and weekly gross rating point (GRP) level and the effective frequency levels and shares relevant data points with Brand team for further decision making
- Create strategic media deck for the brand objective
Campaign Management:
- Coordinate on brand wise/ Channel wise inventory allocation based on availability as per the media strategy.
- Ensures execution of all media campaigns across various mediums in terms of implementation and recommends any course correction in the process.
- Prepares and shares periodic MIS with the brand team in terms of campaign performance
- Prepares and makes campaign performance presentation to the Brand Directors and HOD post completion of the campaign for further analysis and decision-making.
- Media Buying Shares the budget with media agencies for buying and communicates the genre/channel wise allocated budget to them for budget adherence and cost optimization.
- Devises the annual TV / Radio/Print media buying strategy based on the agreed format towards to arrive at the channel wise allocation and setting necessary benchmarks.
- Ensures maintenance of good relationships with advertising sales agents to obtain the best prices and values for advertisement placements, campaigns, or even media bundles.
- Remains up to date with industry research figures, including distribution figures for newspapers and magazines and audience figures for television and radio.
Media Buying:
