Sales Analytics:
- Assists in developing CCD sales dashboards and review formats with a view to measure and review progress in sales and distribution initiatives
- Build the analytical capability of entire Regional Sales Force by creating a structured review methodology
- Supports in development and implementation of tools within the system and arm the sales development/trade marketing team with actionable information
Sales improvement process / project management:
- Drive and co-create analytical plan with a long term perspective to build overall organization Sales MIS and data management practices
- Suggest initiatives/projects along with IT team in HO to drive better usage of tools and co create dash boards
Sales IT process development:
- Reviews the reporting format of the sales process and develops revised reporting format for capturing sales analytics data as desired.
- Proposes initiatives to drive sales automation usage, compliance and efficiency leading to adoption of an analytical approach in the team
Data & Business Analytics:
- Ensures data crunching and converting sales data into meaningful analysis and interpretation and representation in IT enable dashboard for smooth decision making for sales team and HO and assist them with historical data and prevailing sales trends.
- Assesses business / sales data analytic needs & ensures rolling it out for sales team of the laid business domain.
