Ecommerce Manager
Summary To drive eCommerce P&L for Male Grooming :
Roles & Responsibilities :- To outline the key strategy levers for eCommerce
- To work with eCommerce to finalize BTL/Disc levers
- TOF/MOF/Event participation calendar
- Work with IA to implement, analyse performance marketing campaigns
- Drive the differentiated pack strategy for eCommerce
- Assist the eCommerce team with JBP Design & execution
- Category Sanitization ; To ensure shopper centric presence & A+/Brand store management
- CATMAN ; To lead category management and shopper projects on eCommerce platforms
- Operations ; Work with eCommerce on inventory optimization, sales forecast etc
- Other digital ; Building brand footprint on relevant platforms(E B2B, Social commerce etc)
- Scout for NPD Opportunities and feed into Digital NPD Pipeline
- Website optimization ; To leverage Website to drive brand objective
- To facilitate digital activations(off platform) on eCommerce to drive sales
- Skills Experience of leading perf marketing, BTL, Display/TOF/MOF campaigns on platforms
- Exposure to eCommerce channel Ops, Key account management
- Shopper centric thinking.
- Ability to leverage shopper insights to drive winning proposition
- Basic experience of driving eCommerce/digital integrated campaigns
- Experience FMCG Professional with eCommerce marketing/key account experience(Personal care preferred)
- Professionals from eCommerce who have Category management/brand management experience
- Total experience of 5 to 6 Years
- Soft skills Ability to manage/lead cross functional relationships
- Influencing senior leadership on key business ideas
- Role KPI NSV, GC, NC, MS%
