Emami Group - Manager - Digital Supply Chain

- Co-Design and drive Implementation of Supply Chain Digitization initiatives comprising of (and not limiting to) implementation of Integrated Business Planning suite (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory Optimization), workflow automation, process RPAs, Execution centred systems like TMS, WMS, etc.

- Ensure value delivery and timely completion of Digital SCM goals and Metrics

- Partner with Business Function and IT Applications to implement framework for acquiring, storing, analysing and acting on data from multiple SC systems

- Monitor performance and adoption of SC platforms and devise mechanisms for timely closure of issues/grievances

- Create SOPs, frameworks for uniform percolation of Digital SCM knowledge and standardization of procedures.

- Working knowledge and Implementation experience on one or more modules of at-least one of the Market Leading Integrated Business Planning Tools e.g. Blue Yonder, O9 solutions, Kinaxis, IBP.

- Understands Integrational aspects of Planning tools with Execution tools like TMS, MRP, etc.

- Experience in Master Data Management and cycle readiness pre-requisites for running S&OP cycles. e.g. Promotional inputs, history cleansing, etc.

- Understands and comfortable with basic technical knowledge on database management, query/scripting language, Integrations, APIs.

- Demonstrates good understanding of operational aspects like Purchase Requisitions, Stock Transfer Orders, Process Orders, etc as outcomes of Planning
