Manager- Content & Social Media
- Managing the content, creative, social media for India's one of the biggest Ayurveda brand 'Zandu'
- Closely work on building consumer insights, content consumption trends in creating a compelling content strategy for Zandu product portfolios.
- Manage content/creatives development for all the social media channels, website, ecommerce platforms & performance marketing campaigns.
- Manage the creative & content agencies, internal creative resources for on time-delivery of all creative assets.
- Should be sound in understanding traits of different creatives assets like videos, emailers, blogs, carousels etc. for developing a compelling & differentiated content.
- Track the KPI for the social handles and review weekly, monthly on the progress and takes corrective measures for meeting the annual defined KPI.
- Should be well versed in differentiated, research oriented content & creative benchmarking against the existing competition and new-age brands.
- Closely work with the product & brand teams in understanding the new launches calendar, product claims for creating a good content strategy for different product portfolios for social, and website & performance campaigns.

- Drives the creative & content for various digital media campaigns to ensure the desired message is conveyed through the campaign.
- Interfaces with internal/external agencies like community marketing, influencers/bloggers agencies, social media agencies to build differentiated content/creatives for products categories in order to drive strong brand visibility.
- Create content /creative written/developed by self (Internally) /agency/freelancers for brand campaigns, performance campaigns, website, social posting etc. and ensures it's alignment with the brand guidelines.
- Tracks, analyses & consistent research on identifying new ways for engaging consumers with strong content & creative.
- Defines and prepares the social media content calendar for the year to enable effective planning and tracks activity on a periodic basis
- Works on the content/creative strategy in sync different platform strategy
- Review all the creative/content buckets on periodic & regular basis for seeking improvements for giving better results across all platforms.
- Manage the ORM for creating a sound response for consumer queries and timely response for build strong
