Growth Manager ( Personal Care)

Role Growth Manager :

Role : KPI NPD P&L (NSV, GC, NC), %Ach on GTM Goals, Rural MS & HHP Nos

Summary : To drive the next growth levers on Male grooming: NPD & Rural

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. NPD (Skill weightage of 60%-65%)

- To derive the NPD choices on FAH Cream/FW and HE Portfolio(Sub brand, variant, category extension)

- To manage the NPD project & the NPD pipeline of Male grooming portfolio

- Liaison with cross functional team: R&D, Packaging, manufacturing, Ops to drive project

- Work with the brand team to ensure marketing mix readiness for the product

- Design and implement the GTM (in conjunction with rest of brand team)

- Exposure to Basics of market/consumer research: BDI, CPT/BPT, Volumetric studies etc

2. Rural (Skill weightage of 30-35%) :

- To design & to implement interventions in rural markets to drive penetration on FAH

- To drive activations & to enable MS gain in key markets

- To design & implement trade strategies in conjunction with Trade marketing

Skills Required :

- NPD Project management skills & scoping skills

- Ability to understand nuances of brand architecture

- Experience in designing & implementing GTM (E-Com would be a welcome addition)

- Basic understanding of sales operations (rural markets would be welcome)

- Experience FMCG Professional/D2C Professional with experience of incubating/launching new brands

- Professionals from E-Com who have launched private labels

- Total experience of 5-6 years

- Soft skills Ability to manage/lead cross functional relationships

- Strong execution skills (NPD GTM and Rural marketing would be needing it)
