1. Works with advertising & research agencies as well as consultants to develop suitable brand initiatives to position the brand.
2. Executes ATL & BTL plans to deliver the required value proposition. Coordinates with R&D for product conceptualisation, positioning, new product development etc.
3. Executes all brand extension plans in coordination with the brand team.
4. Analyses retail store audit reports as per requirement of Brand Team.
5. Obtains market intelligence data and feedback and analyses them to track performance and perception of the brand in comparison with its competitors
6. Updates and maintains Brand and Competitors Guard Book and tracks all Commercials and advertisements.
7. Obtains feedback on products under development on set parameters such as quality, packaging etc.
8. Collates data on consumer feedback as required by the Brand Team and analyses them.
9. Maintains and updates vendor database of suppliers for BTL materials
10. Co ordinates sales promotional drives across various levels of trade & consumer franchise.
11. Analyses competitor information from markets and other sources.
12. Analyses periodically pricing strategy of each product vis- vis its competitors.
13. Co ordinates with operations for procurement, production planning and dispatch.
14. Co ordinates with production and QC regarding the customers' complaints and competitors product analysis.
15. Negotiates with printers and other BTL suppliers.
16. Custodian of the content being developed on brand for ATL/BTL/E-com market places
