Role Summary - To drive the next growth levers on Male grooming: NPD & Rural

Roles and Responsibilities :

NPD (Skill weightage of 80%-85%)

1. To derive the NPD choices on FAH Cream/FW and HE Portfolio(Sub brand, variant, category extension)

2. To manage the NPD project & the NPD pipeline of Male grooming portfolio

3. Liaison with cross functional team: R&D, Packaging, manufacturing, Ops to drive project

4. Work with the brand team to ensure marketing mix readiness for the product

5. Design and implement the GTM (in conjunction with rest of brand team)

6. Exposure to Basics of market/consumer research: BDI, CPT/BPT, Volumetric studies etc

Rural (Skill weightage of 20%-15%) :

1. To design & to implement interventions in rural markets to drive penetration on FAH

2. To drive activations & to enable MS gain in key markets

3. To design & implement trade strategies in conjunction with Trade marketing

Skills :

1. NPD Project management skills & scoping skills

2. Ability to understand nuances of brand architecture

3. Experience in designing & implementing GTM (E-Com would be a welcome addition)

4. Basic understanding of sales operations (rural markets would be welcome)

Experience :

1. FMCG Professional/D2C Professional with experience of incubating/launching new brands

2. Professionals from E-Com who have launched private labels

3. Total experience of 3-5 years

Soft Skills :

1. Ability to manage/lead cross functional relationships

2. Strong execution skills (NPD GTM and Rural marketing would be needing it)
