As Brand Manager - Nepal, the incumbent :
1) Assists in developing brand strategies.
2) Develops the brand value proposition, assists in branding positioning, and assists in developing the advertising concept, pricing, packaging, and promotion.
3) Evaluates all media performance with media providers.
4) Works with advertising & research agencies as well as consultants to develop suitable brand initiatives to position the brand.
5) Executes ATL & BTL plans to deliver the required value proposition.
6) Coordinates with R&D for product conceptualization, positioning, new product development etc.
7) Executes all brand extension plans in coordination with the brand team.
8) Analyses retail store audit reports as per requirement of Brand Team.
10) Obtains market intelligence data and feedback and analyses them to track performance and perception of the brand in comparison with its competitors
11) Updates and maintains Brand and Competitors Guard Book and tracks all Commercials and advertisements.
12) Obtains feedback on products under development on parameters such as quality, perfume, packaging etc.
13) Collates data on consumer feedback as required by the Brand Team and analyses them.
14) Maintains and updates vendor database of suppliers for BTL materials
15) Co ordinates sales promotional drives across various levels of trade & consumer franchise.
16) Analyzes competitor information from markets and other sources.
17) Analyzes periodically pricing strategy of each product vis-- -vis its competitors.
18) Co ordinates with operations for procurement, production planning and dispatch.
