- Responsible for delivering sales targets for the assigned e-B2B accounts like Udaan, ShopKirana, BigBasket B2B, Amazon Wholesale and similar
- Responsible on planning and launching of new products/NPDs and delivering on NPD sales targets
- Identify and drive different marketing opportunities/engagement with e-B2B accounts to drive market penetration
- Engage with e-B2B accounts to devise and drive JBPs across product categories
- Maintain a positive relationship with all e-Com accounts to ensure a good mind share for our products/brands
- Responsible for timely communication of new launches, pricing, offers/promotions, updation in master data/assortment, and similar
- Maintain sufficient stock levels on all the e-Com accounts to avoid stock out situations
- Responsible for building account-wise forecast on monthly basis for the assigned accounts
- Work with supply chain teams to ensure >90% fill rates
- Responsible for timely collection of payments from the accounts and vice versa
- Analysis of relevant reports/data from the account and use insights to take actions thereof
- Stay updated on the different product categories, market trends, competition activities etc.
- Oversee overall order management, PO appointments for e-Com accounts for timely deliveries
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders like Marketing, Finance, Brand, Commercial, Supply Chain etc. and respective accounts to manage day-to-day operations
