1. Formulate promotions and engagement activities in line with budget & brand guidelines
2. Rolling 3 months demand Planning - SKU wise, account wise and region wise
3. Ensure effective execution of engagement plans across channels to drive sales
4. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all investments and initiatives, ensuring growth and high ROI
5. Actively seek feedback from internal and external stakeholders to improve effectiveness and impact of activities
6. Regular analysis of latest market and competition trends to develop the best-in-class strategies
7. Plan for liquidation and work with stakeholders for execution
8. Work with stakeholders on the SNOP process so as to enable the sales team for achieving the targets
9. Develop and deploy Strategies for NPD launches. Decide & monitor norms
10. Leveraging Data Analytics/Analytics tools to drive productivity and efficiency of Sales Team
11. Build dashboards to lead a data-led decision making process
