Emami Group - Area Sales Manager - Modern Trade - Consumer Care Division

- Implementing the strategies/plans of the Modern Trade Business to ensure achievement of the top-line business targets and delivering the sales objectives of volume, value and market share and in-store execution of Modern Trade Outlets for the assigned area for CCD products.

- Ensuring execution of the channel plans and merchandising at the store level, driving field efficiencies and ensuring a robust engagement & relationship matrix with MT customers (including distributors) at a region level.

- Ensuring achievement of product targets by creating and leveraging on the product pull at the MT outlets through implementation of product wise schemes and promotional activities.

- Managing stock level planning and sales forecast for the area at a periodic level ensuring hygiene on fill rates and commercials.
