Emami Group - Area Sales Manager - CCD - Modern Trade

- Implementing the strategies/plans of the Modern Trade Business to ensure achievement of the topline business targets and delivering the sales objectives of volume, value and market share and instore execution of Modern Trade Outlets for the assigned area for CCD products.

- Ensuring execution of the channel plans and merchandising at the store level, driving field efficiencies and ensuring a robust engagement & relationship matrix with MT customers (including distributors) at a region level.

- Ensuring achievement of product targets by creating and leveraging on the product pull at the MT outlets through implementation of product wise schemes and promotional activities.

- Managing stock level planning and sales forecast for the area at a periodic level ensuring hygiene on fill rates and commercials.
