Sr. Manager/AGM - Formulations

Job Description:

- Lead, supervise & train the R&D team in developing, identifying, and modifying new and existing formulations of Personal Care - Skin Care & Hair Care products & technologies for improved performance and cost reduction.

- Lead eComm projects, in coordination with Brand, Emami cross functional teams and 3P unit R&D in product development of Personal Care - Skin & Hair - Care & Cleansing range of products.

- Identify latest technology approaches in Personal care category to enhance formulation tool box and update the library of novel ingredients through regular interaction with suppliers.

- Partner with brand teams to understand key benefit spaces and deploy robust technologies aligned with consumer requirements in National and International markets

- Lead along with brand team and cross functional team members to ensure timely delivery on assigned projects

- Prepare & present regular report to update the management on the project delivery status

Required Candidate profile:

Education : B.Tech/M.Tech - Cosmetic Technology; B.Sc/ M.Sc - Chemistry, B.Pharm/M.Pharm.: B.Tech/M.Tech Chemical Technology/Engineering

Experience: 12-15 years of R&D experience in relevant field of Skin care (Creams, Lotion, Oils, Face and Body washes

etc.) / Hair Care (Oils, Shampoo, Conditioner, styling products)
