ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Manage all aspects of procurement & inventory management of Medicines, FMCG & Private Label categories.
2. Develop, evaluate and oversee the process of inventory management in warehouse as well as retail stores, being accountable for overall availability.
3. Owning overall inventory and strategize to manage companies working capital in efficient manner
4. Manage the overall buying process, setting standard, ensuring and reviewing stock levels.
5. Optimizing margin, space as well as inventory holdings.
6. Managing supplier relationships and act as top contact points for brands.
7. Negotiating price, deals and other terms of trades with brands and distributors.
8. Develop & implement different category management process and models and drive them for the organization.
9. Managing overall inward & outward logistics & transport of goods in timely, organized & cost efficient manner.
10. Setting & ensuring the supply chain & inventory parameters and driving the same through software in the help of different SCM tools & processes
11. Acting as the owner of Margin for the organization. Ensuring other avenues for income from brands.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Post Graduate in Retail & Supply Chain Management preferred.
2. Degree or work experience with category and supply chain management.
3. Work experience in procurement management in Modern Retail Environment in leadership position.
4. Work experience in inventory management with modern retail software.
5. Knowledge of Pharmaceutical product category in terms of procurement.
